The only way to do great work is to love what you do.
Insurance enthusiast.
A little context.
A lot of curiosity.
In a nutshell, I'm still just an enthusiast on a journey to become an insurance aficionado — on a mission to transform the global insurance landscape by leveraging cutting-edge AI and intuitive UX design. At Vaatun, we build the systems that empower intermediaries and redefine how insurance is experienced: Vantage, the AI-powered ERP-CRM built for insurance pros, and Advantage, the client-facing portal that wows.
Before this, across three years at PrishaPolicy, I grew from Product Manager to Head of Product & Strategy — learning the processes and intricacies behind insurance broking in India from the inside out.
In my earlier roles I navigated product design and development as a Product Designer at Zuddl and across projects at ICICI Lombard. My design internships at Zomato and Outcampus honed my expertise at the intersection of technology, design, and user-centric innovation.
Passionate about creating solutions that exceed expectations, I thrive on turning complex processes into seamless experiences.
From designing the details
to taking responsibility for the whole.
Building AI-native software for insurance intermediaries — blending advanced AI with intuitive UX so brokers, agents and corporate clients can streamline workflows and unlock new growth.
Designed the core application's interface and interaction model, wrote the branding guidelines, and worked with marketing through launch.
Service design for delivery-partner acquisition as Zomato expanded into 200 new cities, plus a mental wellbeing report made with the in-house psychologists.
Grew a community of Alexa skill developers across my university and nearby campuses, and ran skill-building workshops.
Mentored 30+ students across interdisciplinary projects and grew a community that ran its own sessions and conferences.
Built pages of PLM Cloud with the Oracle JET toolkit and fixed bugs across the site.
Products and experiences.
Built with intent.
The operating system for
people who know insurance.
Less chasing.
More peace of mind.
A landing page and campaign for awareness, a WhatsApp flow to take someone from curious to enquiring — I owned that conversation design end to end — then a reworked training path through to their first delivery.
With CRY, weekly visits to shelter homes across the Vellore division. With MAD, a wingman to one student through class 11 and 12 — life skills, and someone in their corner.
A mental wellbeing comic, made with Zomato's psychologists and psychotherapists.
On what generative interfaces do to the maps designers have relied on.
Pre-sales intelligence, workflow automation, and standardised risk assessment.
How experience design can carry immersive learning despite the gaps in mobile VR hardware.

Computer science by training.
Insurance by examination.
